Kolkata: West Bengal is set to witness a historic political moment today as the BJP prepares to form its first-ever government in the state. The newly elected Chief Minister, along with other ministers, will take oath at a grand ceremony scheduled to be held at the Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata.
