Modi Government wants to merge 12 banks into 4 large scale lending banks because the Indian economy rapidly moving towards $5 trillion,Large bank can make such a banking system which can fulfill the needs of fastest growing economy.so another round of merger will occur.Discussions are already going on between Finance Minister and RBI.
